Then these ladies only sessions are just for you.

Tuesdays 9.30am to 10.30am and Thursday 1pm to 2pm.

Each session can vary consisting of an hour and half of fat burning circuit training, boxercise, boxing, toning and kettlebells.

No matter what your age, shape or size is, come down and try our friendly, professional sessions and you will definitely want to come back.

Before your first session I would like to meet you a week before to find out your goals. I will then work out a programme best for you.
